Drachenfels (Dragon's Rock)

The Drachenfels ("Dragon's Rock") is a hill (321 metres) in Germany formed by the remnants of a volcano. It is located in the Siebengebirge (mountains) between Königswinter and Bad Honnef. It has a ruined castle on the summit and is a tourist magnet. On the Drachenfels there is also Schloss Drachenburg which is a private villa in palace style constructed in the late 19th century.
